Reservation Deposit Policy
Upon making a reservation, the guest is required to provide a credit card number or must send 50% of the total stay, or one night's lodging, whichever is greater, in the form of a check or money order. Guest's stay will not be confirmed until the Inn has received the payment of deposit, but the room will be held a maximum of one week pending receipt of deposit.

Cancellations
• Should you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded less a $30.00 processing fee/bank charge fee for cancellations up to 14 days prior to the arrival date (30 days Dartmoth Graduation, Ballon fest and Foliage weekends ). Refunds less the processing fee will be made for cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival only if the room can be rebooked.

Please note that we are unable to make refunds under any circumstances for late arrivals or early departures.

	Rooms, Rates & Policies WELCOME TO VERMONT quiet comfort Recently upgraded and refreshed in 20005-07; The ParkerHouse is a casual and intimate inn with seven tastefully decorated guestrooms all with private baths, some with Jacuzzis or Spa Showers. Queen and King beds, fine linens, thoughtfully chosen amenities and spacious serene surroundings making for a delightful Vermont vacation. Rooms are available in the $145.00-325.00 range depending on the season. Included in your stay is a full country-style breakfast cooked to order by your hosts, Adam and Alexandra LaNoue -Adler Rates All Rates include a full cooked to order country breakfast and either a soft drink, beer or wine upon check-in. Rates quoted are per room, single or double occupancy and do not include 9 % Meals and Lodging Tax or Gratuities. Please add $30.00 per night for each additional adult guest $20.00 per child over 4 and under 12. A surcharge of $30.00 for Saturday only stay during the season, may be applied. Check-In & Check-Out Check-in time is between 3 PM & 10 PM. Self Check in is available for our late travelers. Check out is 11 AM (don't worry, we're flexible.)
